Drove 40 minutes, to be turned down and told “we unfortunately need to reschedule due to the next patient already being here.” I was 4 minutes late. Rude front desk associates.
I was having a problem hearing and understanding what people around me were saying. After finding ENT online and getting an appointment right away, I found the right place for me. Very knowledgeable staff that are working there. After getting my ears cleaned and having the hearing test, I was still having problems understanding people. Low tones were almost impossible for me to hear. I'm so lucky to have found this practice.
