I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this ENT office. I pulled my daughter out of school early to make sure we made the appointment the nurse felt was necessary today, only to leave feeling unsupported and frustrated. After looking in her ears, they told me her tubes had fallen out and that she does have an ear infection, but that antibiotics “wouldn’t do much,” that she would likely be fussy, and to follow up again in 4 weeks. If I could give a million negative zeros I would!!!!!! Seen Kaylin Coffman, APRN and she honestly does not listen to her patients!!! I tell you whats wrong and what does NOT WORK FOR ME!!!! AND YOU STILL PRESCRIBE WHAT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME!! UNBELIEVABLE MAN!!!! JUST UNBELIEVABLE! I was hoping for a better experiment but I see its about money and definitely not the patients!
Dr. Asbury and her team are wonderful. Efficient and family focused.
I will always recommend this ENT office over any other local. The staff make you feel like family from the very start. Dr. Asbury and Kaylin both have great bedside manner.
