I am so glad that I found ENT Associates of a few years ago! Dr Fulgham diagnosed my hearing issues and fitted me with the best hearing aids I have ever had!!! at a very reasonable cost! When I have had a problem (very few) she has been accessible & acted promptly to get it resolved. Excellent care and always professional and caring. We are very fortunate to have this ENT practice in Hoover, Alabama! I highly recommend them!! Jerry M
I never wanted hearing aids, but I need them. I’m told it’s a quality of life situation that I have grudgingly allowed with occasional use. but now I strap them on every day.I am not afraid to ask for multiple refresher sessions and Dr Natalie is always so friendly and compliant and walks me through it. I’ve enjoyed my association with the Southlake group.

Easy to get an appointment, billing waiting the waiting room, seen promptly and thoroughly. Listens and involves me in the process.
