The staff is amazing from the receptionist being amazing and caring, the nurse she is such an amazing woman and sweet. Dr Clark is who I see and he is extremely thorough and explains everything to be able to understand what's happening. One of the best experiences I've ever had going to the Drs.
Had a CAT scan for sinuses. Said it would be covered but only $300 if not. and found out months later it was $500 out of pocket. Then sent to collections before we could figure it out. Never even got the results. Was with this group for decades until my original doc retired. Now they seem to be just another chain specialist. Never going back.
Not our usual location, but since I just had to drop off a friend's hearing aids, our office at StV said I could take them to any location, and Valleydale was much more convenient. Receptionists were helpful and I've already gotten an update from the audiologist. Professionals acting professional - can't beat that!
