The medical team and Surgeons are great. Their billing department however is a joke. We paid the down payment for our son's procedure which was almost 2,000. We signed and agreed to a payment plan that was based on an estimate through our insurance. I made my first payment on April 15th. Then 3 days ago, they credited my account $23. Then yesterday they called to tell us our insurance didn't cover as much as anticipated. So they expected us to make another payment of $240 today April 30th. Absolutely not! The allergy side is really hard to get a hold of anyone. They've also confused my son & I when getting allergy treatments set up. While the ENT is great once you're able to get ahold of anyone it's really hard to get ahold of anyone. I've had to go into the office to set up appointments.

I just had my first appointment with Dr.Walls and he was amazing. He’s easy to talk to (and I get very nervous with doctors) and quickly figured out what was causing my nose bleeds and breathing issues. I can’t recommend him enough.
