I don't know about the doctors. I never got that far. I can say working with the office was a nightmare. You know they are bad when they call your insurance to tell them to have you remove your review. Fortunately I found a really good ENT with super helpful and friendly office staff. I was able to get an appointment in 4 days after being perked around for 2 weeks with this office.
Excellent doctor and staff
After years of being addicted to Afrin because of a deviation in my septum and not being able to find a doctor to help me get off the Afrin or fix my nose Dr Robert Crystal was the only doctor that listened to my needs and complaints and was willing to help now two weeks later my nose is healing I can breathe 100 times better and I am off the Afrin thank you so much Dr Crystal for listening to me and helping me I feel you have saved my life
