BE AWARE: If you are a new patient arrive at least 20 minutes early. If you arrive at your appointment time or a 3 minutes later and haven't done the paperwork before you will be rescheduled. This happened to me and the person after me. They do not tell you to arrive early in the text message they send out. Also little to no directions on where to park or how to get to the office. I will update this and reevaluate the rate once I get to actually see the doctor.
Robert Timothy Cristel, MD, will not stand behind his work. I had a Nasal reconstruction surgery in OCT 2025 which did NOT work properly, as my nose continued to Collapse. Imagine having a reconstruction and feeling like you are suffocating 24hrs a day. A subsequent surgery was required in Feb 2026. This was a severe financial burden and took me out of work for an additional two weeks. I have attempted to use the services at ENT Associated/Sound Health twice. At the Des Pere location I made an appointment at 2pm to have my ears cleaned and to follow up with a hearing exam. After 40 minutes I left as no one ever came to bring me in or to explain why there was a delay. I tried the St. Lukes location and made an appointment for 3pm a few months later for the same services and after 25 minutes I left as I was still not seen despite asking if they were on schedule when I showed up 10 minutes early for the appoi... read more
