I am very grateful to ENT Associates Medical Group at 3907 Waring road location. From the moment I checked in the staff were very polite and smiling the doctor assistant asked me in detail about my reasons for seeking medical attention and my current symptoms then Dr. Richard Liu carefully examined me and explained the cause of my illness and how to proceed with the treatment. I really appreciate to all the medical staff here and I will Definitely recommend this place to friends and family who need ENT care.

I’m screaming from the rooftops you won’t find another office in healthcare that tops them. It’s easy to book an appointment. They actually call you back here, AND, not 12 days later! The receptionists are so kind. Lisa is downright amazing and Dr. Liu thoroughly explains everything, genuinely cares and tries to help! I couldn’t be more thankful. They even went out of their way trying to contact the lab to find out information on my behalf. If anyone runs an office in the healthcare field, take notes my friends!
