Very friendly staff. Doctors are great!
The front desk is the worst. Not helpful at all. Not friendly. I can say this after multiple experiences (both me and my husband). The nurse I dealt with was curt and couldn't wait to hang up, unwilling to be helpful or answer questions. Just wanted to send me to a pharmacist. Didn't listen to the issue. With staff being so curt and unfriendly I can't imagine this being a fun place to work. My ear issues have yet to be resolved. Oh and one appointment was $100 out of pocket with good insurance.
