The lady at the front desk was a horrible receptionist. She had a horrible attitude and was not very helpful at all. I drove an hour to be seen and they turned me away. They said I couldn’t be seen that my insurance wasn’t accepted and that I should go elsewhere. They completely wasted my time and they could’ve explained me this over the phone. They did not accept any responsibility. I would not recommend
no one answers the phone ever. This is ridiculous
I went in for my appointment today which I got a confirmation text sent to me yesterday saying the appointment was still on only to get here to a condescending receptionist saying doctors not here anymore and they tried to call me that is unacceptable since I got a confirmation text sent to me saying I had an appointment still so I wasted 30 minutes of my time and gas only to get here and get harassed by a receptionist blaming me the patient that type of behavior is just an example of the lack of good customer service in the... read more
I had a very good experience with ENT and Allergy Specialists. Dr. Orsini is very experienced and skilled, and the staff have been very helpful. I have no complaints and would go back based on my experience (which included multiple visits and a good resolution).
I WISH I had the ability to say what I really want on here but....Sewickley office experience was atrocious. They use a 3rd party company to take calls and set up appointments, none of whom know what they're doing. Had an entire profile made and appointment set up for my daughter who is struggling with hives only to be told the wrong office. Made it to the right office and receptionist was rude as ever telling me she doesn't know why they even made the appointment because they don't accept my daughter's insurance. Made sure ... read more
