Went to have ear wax removed...after removing and I said I could hear fine, But Dr. decided to go in again and punctured my ear drum! Been trying to get appt with their top Dr surgeon and always told unavailable, and must wait months to get appt. This place is a hazard.... never go back, ruined my right ear.
Went here over a year ago and they totally misdiagnosed my problem. Luckily I got in with another ENT specialist through UPMC. Had to pay over $800 out of pocket for this place to do nothing.
I called to get a price for ear wax removal (self-pay) and was told they couldn’t really give me a quote without knowing the scope of work, but anywhere from $600-1200. The very next ENT office I called was able to easily quote me $135 for the simple procedure.
The lady at the front desk was a horrible receptionist. She had a horrible attitude and was not very helpful at all. I drove an hour to be seen and they turned me away. They said I couldn’t be seen that my insurance wasn’t accepted and that I should go elsewhere. They completely wasted my time and they could’ve explained me this over the phone. They did not accept any responsibility. I would not recommend
no one answers the phone ever. This is ridiculous
