A woman on the phone just hung up in my face as I'm trying to ask her a question.Because she claimed that she had to reboot her computer.Because she had already shut it down before closing time.And my child is in distress , and all I was trying to ask , there's a rude ignorant person was , if they have availability for tomorrow. That's all I was trying to ask you in considerate.Unprofessional person who should not be working in healthcare.That was disgusting!
This place is make you lost your time, after one month waiting to my appoitmemt, they Call a day before to cancel lt. They do not accept blue cross member and if you want to pay your appoitment with your money. That is not fare
Best ENT in west Texas! They’re very busy and it’s for a reason. They get our appointments made quickly and we’re in and out in a timely manner. From front desk to the drs themselves go above and beyond. This is one Dr office that my kiddos love to come to!
