My left ear was muffled for like 2 weeks i was scared i was losing my hearing, i went in the doc put some suction thing in there and it was the tiniest piece of wax stuck to my ear drum. The muffled sound went away! I was so relieved! Later that night i had pain in that ear so i took a tylenol and it went away but then the next day came. Now i have a new problem in that ear. Its ringing. I have to make another appointment now🤦🏼♀️

Appointment was an hour late due to the entire staffs incompetence.
Maybe I caught them on an off night…I was given a 4:50 appointment and Google says they close at 5, maybe that was it? The receptionist was literally the only one that made me feel welcome. I don’t even know which doctor I saw because he was in such a hurry he didn’t take a moment to introduce himself to me. Maybe it had something to do with the way the nurse that saw me beforehand had a disgusted look on her face the entire time and spoke condescendingly. I saw Dr. O’Brien here because I had a painful ear and the urgent care that I visited said that they couldn’t help me because my ear was badly clogged. Upon arrival they had a couple of handicap parking spots right near the door. Once inside the waiting room was tightly packed with chairs and not very easy to get around with my walker. The staff were nice and helpful. We had to fill out a bunch of paperwork but it was on an iPad which was convenient.
