Appointment was an hour late due to the entire staffs incompetence.
Maybe I caught them on an off night…I was given a 4:50 appointment and Google says they close at 5, maybe that was it? The receptionist was literally the only one that made me feel welcome. I don’t even know which doctor I saw because he was in such a hurry he didn’t take a moment to introduce himself to me. I saw Dr. O’Brien here because I had a painful ear and the urgent care that I visited said that they couldn’t help me because my ear was badly clogged. Upon arrival they had a couple of handicap parking spots right near the door. Once inside the waiting room was tightly packed with chairs and not very easy to get around with my walker. The staff were nice and helpful. We had to fill out a bunch of paperwork but it was on an iPad which was convenient. We have been to see Dr. Bresalier a few times in 3 different locations... my daughter suffered from ear discharge and ear drum pressure for a long time .. when we finally decided to see thr dr. He prescribed her drops did not work. For the next 3 visits he said to continue to do drops.. which was not helping.. he spent no more than 2 minutes in the room.. whatever you explained he fixed with drops. I got a little upset when he finally said she may need a tube... post surgery... bleeding is suppose to only last 2 days after s... read more
When I went here the employees were nice.Now the place screwed me by all the sudden not taking my insurance anymore.I have an issue with my left ear.Now I can't find a doctor I can get to that accepts my insurance.I have to sit here and suffer in pain because of health insurance.
