This office is completely incompetent and shows no concern for their patients. My wife and I have been dealing with endless runarounds regarding our son’s bloodwork and basic school paperwork. We’ve called five different times, and each time we’re told, “we didn’t receive his blood work yet.” When we remind them that we spoke to them the day before, only then do they admit they actually have it. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Niyogi. Her schedule was wide open so I booked her as I needed to be seen quickly. I had an infection with fluid build up. I was prescribed meds and rescheduled a week later. When I came back I took a hearing test and according to the woman administering the test, one ear was inflamed with pressure. The doctor however said it was fine. I told her I had discomfort and trouble hearing because the ear was louder than the other. Predatory billing and unethical practices. I went to Dr. Niyogi for sleep apnea testing and made it clear from the beginning that I’m on a high-deductible plan and paying out of pocket. I asked for upfront cost estimates but was given vague answers. After the sleep study, I called the office multiple times to ask for my results to be shared by phone or email. My appointment was with Dr. Vishvesh Mehta on August 5, 2025. This was one of the most frustrating and unhelpful medical visits I’ve ever had. I came in with a serious and debilitating nasal dryness problem, and the doctor simply repeated the exact same ineffective recommendations from my last visit — despite me clearly saying they did not work. Won't recommend this place solely because I went in for migraines and somehow got a throat scope, was done in 30 seconds and I was NEVER informed beforehand they were gonna charge me $300. Would have been nice to know before you performed the procedure. This place is a scam.
