I started experiencing random angioedema reactions and was seen by the allergist in the Somerset office however the treatment she recommended was not beneficial. I had another severe reaction and needed to be seen urgently as an emergency visit they only had availability to squeeze me in at the Woodbridge office so I was seen by Dr. Gupta who was beyond amazing she listened to me very patiently and carefully, answered all my questions that the previous MD couldn’t. This practice is fraudulent. They charged my insurance for a surgery 4 times I never received charging me and my insurance for labyrinthotomy transcanal (charging me $3,000 each time)when I received a steroid injection in my ear (a $500 charge). I looked up the difference and it was incredible different codes and one was an invasive surgery that I never received and they harassed me at the office for the thousands of dollars they said I owe they are FRAUDS. Saw two different doctors for my two year old here. I strongly suspect that they are pushed by their corporate office to churn through patients. Both doctors were extremely rushed and they offer visits every 15 minutes. I could not even get through all my questions they talked so fast. I'm giving three stars because the nurses we're great and one was fantastic and because they seem to have helped solve some of our issues but I'll be looking for another allergist going forward. I must say that Dr. nigoyi was excellent. Although when I got there I was taken for a hearing test and only needed to see the doctor. Ok so that they changed that and I saw the doc. 5 stars for her but I had to return for a re-check and hearing test. The appointment card from the front deck stated my next scheduled appointment time was at 11:30 am. This office is completely incompetent and shows no concern for their patients. My wife and I have been dealing with endless runarounds regarding our son’s bloodwork and basic school paperwork. We’ve called five different times, and each time we’re told, “we didn’t receive his blood work yet.” When we remind them that we spoke to them the day before, only then do they admit they actually have it.
