If you see reviews about scammy insurance billing practices, listen to them! Went for an ear cleaning to this place for the first time, saw Dr Mazzoni, made sure my insurance covers everything. Come to see a month later I get a bill for an insane amount, and a billing assistant who could care less to explain the charge. Terrible practice and shady way of doing things, better off going anywhere else
Never called us back to schedule my sons procedure and accused me of hanging up on them when they had nothing else to say. They’re impossible to get in contact with and clearly have zero concern or urgency for pediatric patients. I recommend anywhere else.
My appointment was cancelled by the dr right before the appointment.
Horrible customer service. There is no direct phone line to the actual office. Instead, you are routed to a foreign call center that has no knowledge and can only “deliver a message” to the office, in hopes someone ever calls you back. Doctor was fine, though.
