I just endured an absolutely dreadful experience. To be fair, I arrived 16 minutes past my appointment time. The older woman at the reception desk, wearing glasses, was possibly the most impolite individual I've ever encountered. She yelled at me as I entered, having already been tardy for 15 minutes. I had an awful experience with this office. I went in for sleep / snoring and they told me they were scheduling me for a sleep study and I would hear back in a week or two. After a month I contacted them and they claimed that I declined the sleep study and said that they would take care of it and that I would 100% hear back from them this time in a week or two. Did not fix my nasal issue. The doctors are not good. Go to a high-end ENT.
