I had an appointment with Stephanie Tominaga and she was very unhelpful and unprofessional. I went to the office because I have had a chronically stuffed nose year-round for over six years. She told me she was going to “spray my nose” without telling me with what. It dripped on my lip and I did not realize it was anesthesia until near the end of my barely 5 minute appointment when my lip went numb. Waited 30+ minutes for an appointment, ENT spoke with me for, I kid you not, 5 minutes max, and kept trying to leave during the conversation LOL $250 fee for the visit. I am so over healthcare in this country!! Edit - got the bill, $478 out of pocket! Fantastic.

Cannot say enough nice things about Dr.Tominaga. I went there bc my regular ENT had me on a waitlist for an ear infection. So I paid out of pocket just to make an appt the next day just to be seen quickly somewhere! She diagnosed me quickly. I requested she explain what was happening that was causing me discomfort, she did easily and clearly. Then took the time to do a basic test to confirm her diagnoses, at no additional cost to me choosing an exam that would save me $ and admitted although she hadn’t seen the fluid in my e... read more
