I do not recommend this practice. There is less than zero doctor compassion. This is a chain type location most likely run by private equity as a money maker. Health care is down on the list of importance. If you truly value your health and time you should find a real doctor’s office.
Dr. Richard Yung was so thorough with his testing and findings. Thanks to him I was even able to address other issues my PCP would overlook and now can be address. It’s nice to know that he took all these precautions, had me taking meds, helped even understand more about other things. Could not recommend him enough. I appreciate everything he has been doing for me and that I am in good hands. Im glad he looked out for me.
Had my appointment with ENT doctor yesterday. I arrived earlier just in case if any paperwork needs to be done. As soon I arrived,there is 3 receptionist sitting there and none of them acknowledged me, nor greeted, and I was the only standing person. I didn’t notice if they had a name tag. Then I moved forward black girl with braided hair who was sitting on the left side. If you have a kid, do not send them to Dr. Richard Yung. He was highly recommended, but only to find out he traumatized my child. It was a very simple procedure to remove earwax. Knowing my own child, he has sensitivites. I expressed that I didn't want him to be traumatized. Dr. Yung's bedside manners are dreadful. His comments, "He's gonna be traumatized anyway." I don't care how great you are in your surgeries and diagnoses, when you lack soft skills, all bets are off. He insisted 3x to his medical assistant to hold him do... read more
The staff were all very kind and professional. There was an emergent ahead of me that delayed my appointment but they were very apologetic, which I appreciated. Dr. Mlot was great in explaining the issues and treatment plan.
