Very shady billing practices. There is no way to view any of your bills or payments. The send out multiple invoices for each visit and without an online portal, it is difficult to know which bills you have paid and which are outstanding. I was coerced into doing hearing tests ($60) and scopes ($120+) at every visit and asked to come back weekly for a clogged ear. I quickly spent over $2k on this clogged ear. I work in healthcare myself and this was clearly a money grab.
Dr. Cynthia Jerome is a wonderful allergy doctor and I do recommend her to anyone for treatment as she is thorough and kind. She works to ensure that you understand your options for treatment and is happy to answer any questions you might have on your care. Although multiple rounds of allergy shots were recommended to treat my issue, I am mainly hesitant to return due to the treatment I received at the front desk. I give this place 5 stars just because of Dr. Tan-Geller! She is fantastic! I have been seeing her for over a decade; she is knowledgable, caring, flexible, and demonstrates that she doesn't give up on her patients. Recently, Taylor has also helped me with a high level of professionalism and consistency. Overall, I have always had a great experience at this location.
BEWARE! Do not go to see any of these doctors or you will have their billing department sending you unexpected bills claiming the insurance didn't pay them then they will send you a bill for additional charges. Take a good look at the negative reviews from others. How dare you charge patients and claim insurance didn't pay. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I guess the practice will continue. All, you've been warned.
I do not recommend this practice. There is less than zero doctor compassion. This is a chain type location most likely run by private equity as a money maker. Health care is down on the list of importance. If you truly value your health and time you should find a real doctor’s office.
