Billing department was not effective at all. My visit with the doctor lasted approximately 5 minutes after waiting almost 30-40 minutes, and no clear solutions were advised for the issue I was dealing with. They charged me over $200 for a 5 minute follow up, and all the systems were down that day which led to the doctor not knowing what I was even following up on. Unacceptable and unbelievable.
Toh is extremely unprofessional. She storms in and out of the exam room multiple times, cutting patients off mid-sentence and dismissing questions. Very condescending attitude - makes you feel stupid for asking about your own health. Pushes expensive allergy shots aggressively without discussing other options or explaining anything properly. Staff & Doctors was nice and the wait time was not long
Unfortunately I decided today to read reviews and someone on here posted 3 weeks ago the EXACT issue I am dealing with. This is crazy. And I was called by this office the day after Thanksgiving saying that my prescription would be taken care of because I scheduled my annual that day. A week later medicine ran out days ago and NOTHING! Insurance and CVS says it is the doctor’s office. After 4 calls with this office I am baffled that this is a pattern. Both my ENT, Dr. Haddad and my Allergist Dr. Toh, are the most incredible doctors. Their team is unmatched and im so grateful to be under their care. They have changed my life for the better. Highly recommend!
