Avoid this location and doctor! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Toh's for a few years, but this last experience was the final straw. I sent a message through the patient portal about an issue with one of the medications she prescribed and my message went ignored for DAYS!! I even ended up in urgent care while waiting for a reply. I had to call the office myself and ask the staff to mark it “urgent” just to get anyone to look at it. Outstanding staff and Doctors for sure, very accommodating and quick to be seen. No rushed appointments and never issues with insurance or constant updating of ' your file' which is awesome.

I had a septoplasty with Dr. Eric Cohen. Wish all doctor visits were this way. He has 30+ years of experience, and it shows. Great bedside manner, smooth/efficient office visits. The surgery itself was quick, the recovery was excellent, and I always felt I was in capable hands. Highly recommend.
Dr. Toh was great but the billing department is absolutely a disaster. First they sent the wrong bill because they didn’t “see” the copay I already paid - the new updated bill never came. Then I paid a second bill clearly not knowing it’s for a different date than the first one. Fast forward 6 months, they sent my 30 dollar bill to collection. No calls or emails before.
