Dr. Toh was great but the billing department is absolutely a disaster. First they sent the wrong bill because they didn’t “see” the copay I already paid - the new updated bill never came. Then I paid a second bill clearly not knowing it’s for a different date than the first one. Fast forward 6 months, they sent my 30 dollar bill to collection. No calls or emails before. I've known Dr. Toh for years, she's taken excellent care of my child. We love her and she's the only reason we came to ENT and Allergy. HOWEVER, ONE STAR for horrible front desk staff. Rude, cold, unfriendly, unprofessional, don't smile at you or greet you, I stood there waiting while they discussed lunch options, didn't say thank you or anything. This is my second time coming and it wasnt really nice hearing the receptionist talking bad about patients right infront of the other patients. Not professional at all.
The staff keeps canceling my appointments without giving any reason. They don’t call to explain, reschedule, or offer another date. This has happened five times already, and each time, the appointment was canceled without any notice or communication.
the service was okay,the audiologist that made the audiogram were really sweet and nice but when it comes to the doctor he barely explain what could be the reason of my hearing issues next time, i will choose another doctor.
