My daughter went to have a wax removal which she has every 6months and Dr. Kennan was extremely rude will not be returning
I called and asked for an appointment with a provider who did both septoplasty and rhinoplasty. The woman on the other line had said that there is one provider in office who does both, and she would make me an appointment with that specific doctor. I showed up to the appointment and was taken back, and the doctor came into the room to speak to me. I went today for an ear wax removal, I couldn’t listen anything from my ear in the right side, the staff was professional and friendly and the Doctor very understanding, she was a sweetheart. I will recommend this place in a heartbeat. The Doctor got both of my ear checked and removed the wax, as well she checked my mouth and nose.
