Dr. Sreepadas office is wonderful. It’s always a pleasure going to see them. No waiting time walk right in For your scheduled appointment time. Now I can’t say the same for the allergist This is the third time I have walked out Because something happens with my appointment. They send you 20 emails and text messages to check in over the week before your appointment. When you get there, you sit there for 30 minutes no one comes out. My first time ever at this facility and I am very pleased with the care, clear adequate explanation of process and respectful with everyone involved.
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Sreepada and his team. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, professional, and attentive. Dr. Sreepada was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly compassionate and thorough in his approach. The way he treated my ear was nothing short of amazing — I can now hear better than ever before! His skill and dedication made a real difference in my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Sreepada to anyone looking for expert ear care and top-notch service!
Horrid. They charge my insurance $500 (and me) for a simple 5 minute ear wax removal. They billed me twice and never billed me again. As I was paying in payments. Behold my charges are now with collections. When emailed they said “we only send out 3 bills” who does that ? Never again this is why this place is empty now. Robbers at best
I felt as though I was being treated like an outsider, almost as if I were from another planet. When the MA finally emerged, she chose to engage in conversation with the front desk staff instead of addressing me directly. It was frustrating to wait until she finished her conversation before I could get the assistance I needed.
