After reading the reviews, I was concerned about some of the things mentioned but they NEVER HAPPEND. As soon as I walked in, they checked me in. There was maybe a 5-10 minute wait to see Dr Sreepada. He was very thorough and discussed what I should do to help alleviate my issues.
The service was very poor especially from the reception staff. It was very clear that they had no concern for the patient and treated them very badly
VERY, VERY expensive. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable but for two 5 minute appointments I was charged close to $1,000 and that is AFTER insurance paid about $1,000. So overall, it cost close to $2,000 for 10-15 minutes of the doctor’s time. If you haven’t met your annual deductible, be prepared to pay big $$$.
