I was a Patient of Dr. Cece for years, and always was treated like I was a member of his Family. Today, I am happy to say I had the same experience with Dr. Matthew Gliksman. Super Friendly and efficient, he handled my Ear condition like a seasoned Pro. Dr. Gliksman is a Great addition to the Wayne Office, and I will be seeing him in the future for all my ENT needs....
It was my first time here, and I must say everyone made my visit super easy and stress free. ESPECIALLY Dr. Matthew Gliksman. He was super helpful and super professional at what he does. I came in to remove a piece cotton that had gotten stuck from using a q tip, and was causing my hearing to be muffled. Dr. Gliksman removed it for me super easily and pain free! I definitely will be returning in the future for anything else I need! Thanks again Matt !
I had to make my appointment online. Phone call appointments are challenged and discouraged. Online appointment process takes more than 2 minutes, as they required a plethora of information to be entered in. I arrived 40 min in advance as requested. ONLY to discover there was no record of my appointment. Front End Staff was cordial enough and apologetic. But this was a complete waste of my time. Instilling ZERO confidence before even seeing a physician. I will not be returning.
Hearing aid factory. If you need a doctor for a problem avoid at all costs. People were very pleasant, but my problem was ignored and not treated by every single person I talked to. Obviously was just put through the paces to bill my insurance. Requested info on physical therapy and other treatment and none was provided. Was given b vitamins to help deal with face pain related to a skeletal issue.
