While Dr. Rowan is amazing, most of the office and billing staff I've communicated with are incompetent or grossly negligent. Over 6 months after my appointment, and numerous conversations with staff later, the bottom line is that I'm now responsible for the full cost of my office visit. I was told they were in receipt of a referral from my primary doctor but what none of the staff I spoke with informed me, was that what was needed was an "insurance referral" as opposed to the "treatment referral" that they received. Dr Friedel is thorough, patient and professional. I trust him and have already recommended him to family members. Marcelle was also very kind and helpful with check out, she is such a lovely person. Great experiences with this practice!

I am beyond impressed with Doc Toliver. She listened to our concerns, addressed each one of them. She was patient, understanding and kind. What an amazing practice. The nurse that does the allergy testing was also absolutely amazing!

This practice recently changed hands and service has been literally non existent. As existing patients mid course on a food allergy treatment, it has been impossible to get a call back, make an appointment, or get a response to an email. All calls go to an outsourced call center, you cannot call an office directly. The call center staff are clueless, they don't even know the names of the doctors.
