Amazing experience! Felt a lump (swollen node) on my left ear while I was at work. I work in oncology so definitely worried me. Called the office and they saw me the same day as a new patient! I was in by 1:20 pm, out by 1:55pm. This was KEY because I went during my break from work. The person answering the phone was lovely. Reception accepted email copies of my insurance and id. I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience & received APPALLINGLY bad "care" from this office. The receptionists were unresponsive & unhelpful and the pricing was OUTRAGEOUS, but it was truly the ABYSMAL treatment I received from the doctor that was absolutely horrifying. He was cold & unfeeling, he didn't listen to me, he prescribed the WRONG treatment for my severe sleep apnea, & he REFUSED to listen to me when I explained what was wrong with his "treatment plan" and how it wasn't helping. As other people have noted, this place performed an endoscopy on me for absolutely no reason (it was clear my throat was infected and all I was asking for was antibiotics) that they failed to mention was $730. Complete fraud, which I've reported. Avoid at all costs.

Tldr: AVOID this practice. Full context: this is the first Google review I have ever felt compelled to write, and I'm really not someone who asks for the proverbial manager. But if you are considering an appointment at this location of ENT Allergy & Associates, DON'T. At the very least, read this (and many other reviews) before booking.
