I haven’t had my appointment yet, but my first impression was disappointing. When I called to schedule a visit with an ENT doctor, the receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude. I regret that I didn’t hear her name, but this interaction alone made me question the level of patient care.

Amazing care I received today starting with the front desk to ester who did my hearing test and dr micelli. Everyone was kind, respectful and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this place!!

My husband came to this office and initially saw Dr Amato. Although he scared us with his diagnosis he was on point and quickly ordered every MRI and biopsy . He recommended Dr Benedict a surgeon also in this office .Dr Benedict is one of the Best drs I have ever met He is Brilliant ,honest , precise so knowledgeable and personable . Our 1st instinct was let’s get this surgery done in NYC but from the start we knew we were in good hands . Thank you !!!!
