I would never recommend this place to anyone! The billing department is super scetchy and send me bills 9 months after my visit even though I double checked at my last appointment that I had paid in full. No bedside manner and no warning/instructions while sticking tubes up my nose! I left every appointment crying
Don't go there !! Awful feedback from so many traumatised families. Dr Bratt spends 5 sec with the patients and then never talks to them again, leaving voicemail for treatments without explanations, no follow-ups. Please don't go through the horrible experience we just went through. Save yourself the pain.
Every time I go there, I'm subjected to sitting in that waiting room for an hour. When you make an appointment, don't get there on time. They will never service you on time. I've been there at least a dozen times. This time I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment as instructed and then was told after waiting 15 minutes, it would be another 45 minutes.
