I went to ENT ASSOCIATES 2 xs I was referred to an allergist. She told me they would handle applications to insurance. After 4 weeks that told me Accedo would be handling the prescription. Heard from them by text & email 5 x asked each time my co pay never got an answer. Today I got a text to call Acedo to arrange delivery & again no co pay. Finally after demanding was told co pay $750 + Terrible way to handle this & waste of 6 weeks
Nia and Lindsay were amazing!!!! They went above and beyond to help me!! So nice to see that some people out there are still willing to listen and treat others with kindness!! Lindsay...if I spelled your name wrong, it's Nia's fault!! 😂 Thank you so much to both of you!!
Today I had an appointment with dr. Kelly since 12 years and he is still amazing also his staff. They treated me like family and did everything they can do to solve my problem in my ear.❤️🔥
I would never recommend this place to anyone! The billing department is super scetchy and send me bills 9 months after my visit even though I double checked at my last appointment that I had paid in full. No bedside manner and no warning/instructions while sticking tubes up my nose! I left every appointment crying
