Conveniently located & clean, usually busy. Good doctor selection. They have different strengths so choose based on their abilities. Administrative staff are very good. Long term nurses are very good, its the temporary nurses hired over summer that make me think they are better not being there at all.(some skip over same patients repeatedly/miscommunicate with other staff.) I never write reviews, but I had to for this doctor. Please STAY away. When scheduling the appointment, the office tells me to arrive 20 minutes prior to the appointment so I can been seen on time. I arrived 20 minutes prior. My appointment was at 8:40 am. I wasn’t checked in and seen until AFTER 9 am. The nurse was very nice and had good bedside manners. Dr. Galowitz on the otherhand, does not. She has horrible bedside manners, RUDE and bitter. She was very dismissive and told me her office has been getting “a lot of waste ... read more
I was recommended to Dr. Edelman by a co-worker and she said "He doesn't always have the best bedside manner but he will get to the root of your problems, he's real good" ---Boy was my co-worker right, although I find his demeanor to be refreshing. In a world full of people so easily offended, I feel like a lot of doctors sugar coat things as to not offend you. (Nobody wants a bad review). Dr. Edelman doesn't care about any of that. Dr Sabin was very thorough during the exam and testing. I left the office feeling much better knowing exactly what was causing my issues.
They want you to come 20 minutes early just to sit in the office for over an hour. With no updates btw. Seems like this happens often. Front desk/nurses aren’t helpful and just outright rude. Why make people come early 20 minutes if the office is constantly running over an hour late? Don’t waste your time here.
