MALPRACTICE AND NEGLIGENCE - I hope by reading this you will see why you should avoid this office for your own safety. My wife experienced pain in her left ear while we were visiting our daughter in New Jersey, USA, from Canada. We went to the emergency department, and the doctor referred us to an ENT specialist. We then visited ENT & Allergy Associates in Shrewsbury on Jan 9, 2026. The doctor’s skill was exceptional. The agent at the call center had extreme difficulty speaking English and understanding me, even after I annunicated slowly and clearly. I asked a simple, innocuous question and the call center agent could not answer the question. As the agent lacked basic English comprehension I asked to be transferred to the office - which is who I wanted to speak with from the get-go. Wasted 15 minutes of my day.
Dr. Din is an excellent ENT. The staff is very professional. I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Din is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend her as a surgeon and an ENT as well.
