I have never written a review but reading others here I felt I had to share to hopefully address issues with the call center hired to manage the calls. The call center who answers the call is possibly the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My 18 month old son was due for ear tubes and they gave a completely incorrect time for the procedure. The doctor provides excellent care, but the wait times are quite challenging. I traveled for an hour to reach the office, only to receive a text message indicating a one-hour delay. Upon arrival, the front desk offered the option of waiting in the office or in my car. Observing the crowded waiting area, I chose to wait in my car. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I returned inside to find the waiting area empty and quiet, which made me wonder if I had been overlooked. I have no problems with the staff and doctors at the actual office but the call center is absolutely TERRIBLE to deal with and there is no way to return a phone call to the actual office. This is not my first time having issues with the call center, I would take a hard look into the company you hired to handle the calls because they are driving business away from your practice.

If you are thinking about taking your child here for anything allergy related, don't bother. Our few experiences here were nothing more than a massive waste of time. We brought our daughter in for a suspected dairy allergy at 4 months old. The nurses were very young and performed a prick test but then forgot which prick was which, ultimately resulting in them telling us there is no allergy.
