Dr Surgee and the AMAZING team from the ENT & ALLERGY group in Port Jeff really helped me to start breathing again. Surgery was required to open up my nasal passages and it was quite severe… The prep work and 3-4 followup visits got me back on track for a lifetime of quality AIR and breathing the way it was meant to be. The support and office staff are incompetent. The support staff does not care one bit about patient well being. It seems like the entire culture is off. In that office. Your doctors can be the best but if they staff cannot do their job, then the patient cannot not get the treatment and services they need . This office needs to fire their office manager and review how they service patients. Avoid this place at all costs. My husband took time out of his Saturday, left early, and still struggled through unexpected road construction to arrive just 13 minutes late—only to be told he couldn’t be seen due to a 15-minute cancellation policy. Not only is that absurdly inflexible, but here’s the real kicker: they then claimed new patients can’t be seen on Saturdays anyway—a policy no one ever mentioned to me when we booked the appointment.
