I was planning on becoming a new patient but HERE!!!!! 1) I was first directed to make an appt on the website. It asks if I am a new or existing patient. I wrote new. It prompted me to fill out my name, DOB, etc and then said that they had no information on me (DUH). Call office. 2) The automated appt line said they had higher than usual volume but if I press 1, they will call me back. That was 11am. It's now 7:30pm. I'm still waiting. So.... I was lucky to get an appointment at this office when my appointment at a competitor went badly. Very kind staff, Alice was very professional and explained all procedures. Very thorough from consult to exam and gave great follow through. Booked a follow up and will be back. Highly recommend.

I chose this clinic out of many in the area because of the good Google reviews. I had been coughing for a few months and constantly felt like there was phlegm stuck in my throat that wouldn’t come out. The doctor did a basic check-up, using a scope through my nose to look inside. In the end, he told me my cough was caused by my throat being too narrow.
