Such a pathetic service. I was attended for hardly 10 minutes by Dr. No investigation done just ear wax removed based on my complaint. But then I was charged for 30 minutes office visit. Front desk staff is also arrogant . Lot of issues with billing. Lack of transparency and honesty. Not able to resolve billing issues. Avoid if you can.
Appointment times are meaning less Waited 1 hour with no explanation
Very expensive appointment—almost $500 for a single visit. The service was okay, but the pricing feels too high for what was provided. Would recommend checking costs upfront before taking appointment .
Waste of time, literally. Went for a first appt and waited well past my time, I get it but when I got in I was treated. Then I have a follow up with the plastic surgeon. What a complete waste of time. I was in the office and left alone over 50 minutes and the Dr did not enter the room until 1:15:00 after my scheduled appt, of which I have to arrive early mind you. Please for your sanity find elsewhere. Good luck!
This was the most painful experience trying to book an appointment. It took the woman 15 minutes to understand my insurance. She kept asking questions about my insurance that I had already answered. After 15 mins on the phone she gave me available appointment times. I took one, then told me I am so sorry, that is not available. So I took the other time she offered.
