Imagine you drive in to a gas station without knowing how much you will pay when you fill your tank. That is what happened here. Wasted time! I can't leave any comments about a doctor. I did not see her. While booking, I was told they can not tell the visit price over the phone. When I arrived to my booked apartment, receptionist could not say the the amount as well. Be aware when you call it goes to a call center. They do not know the doctors when you ask a question. If you forgot something when you left your appt. and call they say they will relay a message for someone to call back which didn't happen so you end up driving back.

Horrible customer service. I arrived just 10 minutes after their break ended, and they refused to give my daughter her allergy shot, forcing me to drive home and come back again. They also rarely answer the phone—it’s almost always an automated AI response. If my daughter didn’t need her allergy shots here, I would never go back. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
