I made an appointment 2 months ago. They list QualCare as an insurance provider on their website. They called less than a week before the appointment to tell me they are no longer in network with QualCare & told me I could pay out of pocket.
It's very upsetting that the doctors are truly high quality at this facility, but the company in general is an absolute disaster. You cannot get in contact with the office, and if you do not have a patient portal set up, it's a nightmare to get it set up. I have spent a cumulative 5 hours on the phone with this awful company. I cannot recommend anyone go here, especially if you know your concern/condition will require multiple follow-up appointments.
Everyone here was fantastic! Easy location to get to and quiet area. The doctor and nurses were very helpful and informative and helped with all of my issues.
I had an excellent experience from my initial phone call to the completion of my appointment. The staff was wonderful and the facility was bright and clean I can't say enough about Dr. Brian Lebovitz. He gave me a thorough examination and went over everything. I would highly recommend him.
