I made an appointment with Dr Amy Azmy as my provider was unavailable. DR. Azmy is knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I had stubborn ear wax that was bothering me. She gently and thoroughly removed with ease the wax from ears and also addressed my eczema surrounding the ear and prescribed a medication to help it. Dr. Azmy is caring and is professional and has excellent bedside manner . Thank you again !!! My ears feel 100 percent better today !

I had seen Dr. Ambrosio since 2023. It started out ok, but he recommended a special blood test which had to be ordered and taken to labcorp. They chose to select self-pay when I had insurance. I was left with a bill for $3000. The company, invitae, who did the testing said his office had to call in to clear it up even though I explained I had insurance. I informed Dr. Ambrosio via text what happened, and he said he would take care of it. The last text I sent was in August and hadn't received a response since. I still haven't... read more

I tried to make an online appointment. It told me to call the office. I called... 10 minutes. No one answered, but I heard the message to go online to book my appointment at least 15 times. Clearly don't care about customers.

Besides the long wait, I visited Dr John P. Dodaro, MD who explained I may have an infection and he was going to prescribe an antibiotic. I asked the front desk if it was ordered and they said he was in the file. I called CVS the next day and they had no order for it. I called their office expressing my concern that it was not sent. They never sent in the script. I even provided a review expressing my concern. No response. Waist of time going there.

Beware, They will bill you twice and there is nothing you can do about it. Went in for a hearing test, had a hearing test done by what I would think is a technician and then the results were given to the doctor. I never spoke to a the technician or saw any other doctor, but I then get billed for two doctors, the hearing specialist and the ENT. Called the insurance company and there is nothing they can do about it. So now they don't take my insurance but after talking to my insurance they are covered. No matter how many calls... read more
