My experience with Dr. Koyfman far from pleasant and was sarcastic. Did not display compassion in anyway. His bedside manner was horrendous. He needs in service on how to treat his patients.
The on-site staff and doctor were incredibly competent and friendly. However the corporate structure itself is a nightmare. I had one visit back in 2023 and was told it was covered under my insurance. Over a year later I started receiving bills in the mail for hundreds of dollars, which I paid only then to receive new ones for similar amounts every few months. Very disappointed at how the doctor treated my daughter when he saw she was scared from the laryngoscopy! He suggested anti anxiety pills and proceeded throughout the visit with such a cold attitude! He prescribed a medication for her reflux that made her feel very sick! Such a bad experience! We won't be going there again for sure!
