I would recommend STAYING FAR AWAY from ENT and Allergy Associates. There are much better places out there. I have had several issues with the company. My current issue is being seen for a routine visit in October and paying my copay as usual. An entire 8 months later ENT sends me a bill for $530. I immediately called the billing department to get this resolved, and they informed me that my insurance information was inaccurate in their system. I love this Windsor location. I needed an appointment the same day. They were able to schedule me. Doctor Karen Paul is the best!! She is very patient. The staff were friendly and polite.

My experience with Dr. Koyfman far from pleasant and was sarcastic. Did not display compassion in anyway. His bedside manner was horrendous. He needs in service on how to treat his patients.

The on-site staff and doctor were incredibly competent and friendly. However the corporate structure itself is a nightmare. I had one visit back in 2023 and was told it was covered under my insurance. Over a year later I started receiving bills in the mail for hundreds of dollars, which I paid only then to receive new ones for similar amounts every few months.
