If it wasn’t for Dr Park being such a good Doctor I wouldn’t spend a dime in this office. You can’t speak directly to the office. I waited on hold several times with a call center who refused to transfer me to the office. Finally after at least 10 minutes I was transferred to the office. After I asked my first question I was told that I needed to hurry up and finish my second question because there were two other patients that needed to be helped. My daughter has been having allergic reactions on her skin.We were referred by our pediatrician to this office and the doctor and nurse were surprised we brought her for an allergic reaction on her skin.They had no interest in helping us and were pushing us out the door...They certainly had no problem taking my money.It seemed logical to me to see an allergy specialist for and they thought that was just silly.They told me to take my daughter to a dermatologist...which I did....and guess what....they want me to take her to...... read more
Although the doctors seem caring and good at their jobs its an absolute nightmare to make or schedule an appointment. Nightmare. If you call you are on hold for forever, as of this moment its been 20 minutes just trying to get my husband an appointment for audiology. I briefly spoke with someone who kept insisting my husband was a new patient and needed to see a doctor first. Ugh! Horrible experience!
Made the appointment over the phone a few weeks in advance. Gave all my information including insurance info both over the phone as well as online for preregistration. Took time off work for the appointment including the hour plus drive. The receptionist in the office tells me they don’t accept my insurance and I have to pay $600 just to be seen.
