Left home 15 minutes early, arrived 15 mins late due to traffic. Receptionist left me standing 5 minutes, then told me the late cutoff was 15 minutes, called Dr Park, who blew off my appointment. Wasted 2 hours of my day. The heck with this.
If it wasn’t for Dr Park being such a good Doctor I wouldn’t spend a dime in this office. You can’t speak directly to the office. I waited on hold several times with a call center who refused to transfer me to the office. Finally after at least 10 minutes I was transferred to the office. After I asked my first question I was told that I needed to hurry up and finish my second question because there were two other patients that needed to be helped. My daughter has been having allergic reactions on her skin.We were referred by our pediatrician to this office and the doctor and nurse were surprised we brought her for an allergic reaction on her skin.They had no interest in helping us and were pushing us out the door...They certainly had no problem taking my money.It seemed logical to me to see an allergy specialist for and they thought that was just silly.They told me to take my daughter to a dermatologist...which I did....and guess what....they want me to take her to...... read more
