Couldn’t make and appointment. Called twice in the past 2 days. After waiting on hold both times a recording asked if I wanted to have my place held in line for a call back. Never got a callback either time I also tried booking an appointment online. System kept crashing once it got to a certain point every time I tried. I’ve booked other doc appointments online so I know how to do it. Completely incompetent staff,including the call center! Made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday at 1030AM. I provided all the proper information needed as asked.Called on Thursday to confirm everything once again and to give a referral number just in case it was needed as they requested. Received a call 8:30am Friday, the day of appointment saying they are not in network with my insurance. This is a lack of training and horrible management by the doctors running this practice. This place is great. The receptionists have been very helpful and kind, the nurses have been great, and both doctors I have seen have been excellent. I first came in to see Dr. Greenfield, and he was very informative and knowledgeable about the issues I'm dealing with. Next I saw Dr. Paul and she was excellent! I want to also shout out her nurse, Paris, for being very helpful and kind. This office is a little far from my home but worth the drive!
