Ent and allergy associates have no idea how to medically bill and will send you to collections while you suffer from sleep apnea for 2 years then after your sleep test will take 2 more years and send you to collections for thousands of dollars
Dr Donatelli is AMAZING AND WONDERFUL With my child. He is one of the best doctors we have ever worked with. I took a star off because the staff is terrible. They are so disrespectful to their patients and do not make anyone feel welcome. The one doing our intake got frustrated because we were trying to think of our child's height and weight. Checking in staff and room 102 people were rude, not helpful and left me wondering what to do and where I see the doctor. I know Dr Donetelli is compassionate and helpful. Staff is downright incompetent and not helpful
