My experience at ENT in Levittown was very pleasant. I wanted a normal hearing test and to discuss the long-term ringing in my ears. The Audiologist, Dr. Levy, administered several tests. In addition to the typical hearing test, she checked for wax, fluid behind the ear drum, and reflection of tones. All with minimal discomfort. The results were normal. If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in. The appointment was for my child. The PA we saw used abrasive language regarding his symptoms, scaring him to death. They were supposed to let me know how much a procedure would cost after our visit, however never got back to me. I spoke to the office manager (Stefanie Cruz) and she totally brushed it off and never gave me follow up. The entire office is unserious which is sad because this is a MEDICAL office, staff there is a joke.
I first came to this ENT office in April because of nasal blockage and tinnitus. Without identifying the underlying cause, the doctor prescribed steroids and antibiotics, neither of which worked. Then I was told to undergo an ear tube procedure, but my symptoms did not improve. At that time, if they had simply used a nasopharyngoscope to examine my nasal cavity, they would have discovered the mass behind my nasopharynx, and it would have been an early stage tumor, much easier to treat.
