Wait time is too long, we stood there 1 hour and nothing. Why did they ask to book appointment on time if they don’t do their job on time
The staff is very professional. The service is quick. You are in and out. I love it. If you ever need refills the will refill for you.
From beginning to end, everyone was very nice, professional, courteous, etc. especially my physician, Dr. Moshe Ephrat.
They never followed up with me regarding a procedure that was supposed to get done
I had a appointment today for my hearing and I was unable to confirm the appointment online because I refused to accept to have a scope placed down my throat. When I went to the office the receptionist told me I HAD to give authorization for the scope to be seen and I refused again. I asked her if I can fill out the information on a form to check off that I don't approve that procedure and I was told it has to be done online.
