Very poor communication between the office, call center, and the patients. Very disappointed in how my son’s situation has been handled and was told I’d receive a call back today and instead everyone left the office for the day and nobody called me back. No regard for putting my son at risk of missing his dosage and having a relapse of allergy symptoms.
Terrible experience. They had issues with the payment system, they were rude and very useless. Then charged extra for examinations that I did not agree to. Edit: they helped me :b
I was there the 28th of February. I was scheduled to see Dr. Árgano at 9:40 am the original appointment was at 4:30 pm to see Dr. Burston . I feel discriminated or I don’t know how to describe this experience at this place.Dr.Árgano wasn’t Ethic and manage the situation appropriately. I was so frustrated, I was waiting to see him the Dr. for long time. They called me earlier the same day at 7:30 am to switch my appointment and I said ok.
