I can’t say enough good things about our experience at ENT and allergy and particularly with Dr. Godin. He had great bedside manner with our daughter and made her feel at ease while he was diagnosing her issues. She gets so excited when we say we are going to see him again for a check up. Well, it may feel ominous to have to go through surgery with anesthesia for your child, I can say wholeheartedly how much better my daughter is doing after the surgery. 5.27 First week of May I was contacted about the below review by ENT and Allergy Associates Fifth Avenue (as you will read below) I responded but have never heard back. As an uninsured person, not two phone calls ahead of time nor the receptionist on the day of could give me any indication of the Dr Godin's fee. I told him of my position when I saw him and he told me they would definitely take this into account. I was treated by Dr. Godin for my deviated septum and labored breathing with septoplasty and turbinoplasty. He's professional.
I was under the impression that ENT stood for Ears, Nose, & Throat, but apparently some only specialize in ears. This didn’t appear to be an issue 2 weeks ago when Omar scheduled my appointment over the phone. Interestingly enough, that very same Omar called today inquiring about the reason for today’s visit. The staff appear disorganized & hung up when I tried calling them back. Bunch of scammers. They do an endoscopy on every customer and then bill you for a surgery even though you never consented. I have full medical coverage and was billed hundreds of dollars. This place should be put out of business!
