I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to after my visit with Dr. Chen. I only scheduled an appointment because he had openings and I was desperate to be seen after dealing with throat and ear pain for the past two weeks. I wanted a professional opinion instead of going to urgent care, but unfortunately, the other reviews were accurate. If I could give zero stars I would. The building is disgusting and the doctor there looks out the window and speaks to you super fast. Seems like he is just rushing out. I told him I felt a fullness in my ear and he said it looks normal and he wasn't really sure what it could be and pretty much wanted me to go to another doctor. He said he wasn't an ear specialist which I found to be so funny. I even asked him "aren't you an ENT?" and he said yea, but there are doctors that are just for the ear. Really warm and friendly
This review is based on ears and balance vertigo symptoms not allergies. I came here cause I was having vertigo issues. The doctor doesn't even know how to do a proper epley maneuver to check for dislodged crystals. He supposed to tilt your head at the corner of the seat lying down instead he lies you flat with your head to the side of course your eyes won't show vertigo your doing it wrong..He didn't want to clean my ears to see if any wax buildup is causing balance issues he just said oh your ears are clean.
