I take my 81yo mom there every 6-8 moths as she can't hear to well becuz of the overbuild up of wax too deep.. wen she done she can hear as if she were 20yrs again... love the service the Drs are very well experienced and wudnt change location for no other Dr.. very much satisfied this time in making appt for myself as in over 50 yo and we all kno that's wen everything starts breaking dwn lol jk but yes EXCELLENT CLINIC nd btw this is for CARMEN VASQUEZ RODRIGUEZ.. The office is very well organized. Appointments were scheduled quickly, and the staff works efficiently and smoothly. Everything was clear, timely, and well coordinated. Dr. Chung is very attentive and professional. He examined me carefully, explained everything clearly, and showed great attention to detail. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the visit.
I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to after my visit with Dr. Chen. I only scheduled an appointment because he had openings and I was desperate to be seen after dealing with throat and ear pain for the past two weeks. I wanted a professional opinion instead of going to urgent care, but unfortunately, the other reviews were accurate.
