A bit of a scam. They are not cooperative with insurance and will say they will “call back” when they realize they have made a mistake and then never call back. Be prepared to be chasing them down 24/7. Also took 1.5 months to receive results of an at home sleep test.
The ear throat place is nice, relaxing, clean & kid friendly. The reps are very caring, great customer service. The doctor this is a bit much, kinda rude & straight forward. Doesn't listen much & im getting kind of a racist vibe from him.. 🤷🏾♀️.. he a big thing about germs.. very germaphobe, my mask was sliding off my face and he damn near had an heart attack about it. Dr Russo is very Professional very kind and he listens to you! Which I like very much!! Most Dr's dont even give you eye contact! Im very comfortable and happy that he's my Dr!! I Highly Recommend Him!!
Had a great first visit with Dr. Francisca Yao at my ENT office. She was professional, caring, and had a sense of humor, which is honestly a huge bonus when you’re dealing with medical stuff. She took the time to understand my (fairly complicated) medical history and didn’t make me feel rushed or brushed off. She figured out my right ear was completely clogged with wax, cleaned it out, and prescribed drops for the itching. Overall, an excellent experience.
