Was recommended by my doctor to see Dr. Wasserman for an issue with thyroid. Even though I came too early, the opening staff was very kind to me and let me in. I got to see the doctor within a few minutes of opening and he was very informative about my condition. My concerns were put at ease with him and he was very gentle, even when sticking a camera down my throat through my nose haha!

Worst doctor visit ever! We, patients, show up on time for our appointments, but this doctor's office doesn't respect our time at all. I waited 1 hour and a half to be seen by the doctor for not even 10 minutes. I reviewed other negative ratings. It's all the same issue - unreasonably long wait. My appointment was at 8:40 AM. I checked in at 8:30. I am a new patient at this location. My mom and I saw Dr. Wasserman in a back to back appointment. Due to issues with her NEMT(non-emergency medical transport) we ended up an hour late. But thankfully he still agreed to see us; maybe we had a little bit of a longer wait but we didn't care since he saw us with no issue or attitude. The paperwork was done via a tablet but they did not have the information(updated info) that was taken when the appointments were scheduled and had to be redone. I came on time for my 10 o’clock appointment. All the staff was friendly except for one entirely untrained staff member. She gave up so quickly on getting the test results from my primary doctor's office that she told me to call them to get it. As I tried to help her an hour later, all by myself, she forgot about me and asked me for the MRI information from where I did it. As I was trying to get it from my phone, she was trying to see my phone as she was in my personal space. I was basically in the building for 2 hours.

Good ENT but they need to be more efficient. I have been receiving allergy shot every month. I received a text link to answer 10 questions, an email link to answer the same 10 questions, automated calls to confirm. I feel like as long as I have confirmed with one of the methods, system should not send out reminder anymore for that visit. I told them last year and just told them again. Doubt they listen.
