Dr. Christopher Song was amazing. He was very patient and kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He even respected my son’s opinions. We felt very comfortable talking to him, and my son was very happy — which doesn’t happen that often! I understand that some reviews mention the waiting time, but for Dr. Song, it makes complete sense — he truly listens and takes his time with each patient. It’s absolutely worth the wait. A long waiting time just means the doctor is patient and a good listener. We highly recommend Dr. Song!
Dr. Song is great, we’ve been patients of his for a long time, way before he was at this location and working in an office in Park Slope. To wait over three hours for a confirmed appointment at 10:10am for our toddler is unacceptable especially when we arrive early at 10am for that appointment. It’s inconsiderate and unfortunately not worth coming back.
Dr habib really said “i dont know how to help you” after me going back and fourth for two months and two of his medications caused me extremely bad side effects that he claimed “had no idea of” and he also refused to cleanse my ears (Cerumen removal) multiples times of me asking even tho this should not be refused at all. Please avoid at all costs. They have no respect for peoples time. Expect to wait in the waiting room for 30 min- 1 hr after your appointment time to be seen by the DR. If you’re good with that kind of treatment then this is your place.
After two months of going back and my fourth while my ear still causing dizziness, pounding, static until this day, dr habib wants to say “theres nothing i can do” the medicine he gave caused extremely side effects and the rest didnt improve anything by even 1%.
