This review is for Dr. Carolyn Kwiat at ENT & Allergy Associates, located on the 3rd floor of this building. As a returning patient of Dr. Kwiat, I only recently learned she had moved to this practice. This was my first time visiting this specific location. Dr. Kwiat has excellent bedside manner; she is kind, attentive, and genuinely empathetic. I highly recommend her if you are in search of an allergist/immunologist. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an allergist. Dr. Carolyn Kwiat was dismissive and even laughed while my boyfriend was expressing concerns about an allergy he had already been diagnosed with at this same office. She refused to proceed with any type of food testing and spoke to both of us in a disrespectful manner, making it clear she was rushing through the appointment. Dr. Habib was Incredibly condescending. I'd highly advise seeing another physician in the group if you want to be treated with respect.

I was truly impressed by Dr. Christopher Song’s approach. My 10 year old son was very anxious about having his nose examined with a camera, but Dr. Song handled the situation with such kindness and patience. He showed my son the camera, explained how it works, and even let him look through it himself. That completely eased his fears, and the procedure went quickly and absolutely pain-free.
