Dr.London was very good caring. But the call service is so un professional the right hand doesn't tell the left hand what there doing wrong numbers with no one there cancel dates not canceled. Horrible 0 stars for call service
So I had a 8:30 AM appt & it’s now 9:18AM the woman behind the desk gave me the “line” he’s very thorough with his patients meaning he has no time control nor does this office care about anyone else time. Don’t waste your time here….. RUN
If I could give this place a zero I would :-) I had read the reviews prior and noticed complaints of long waits so I was fully aware that would be the case during my visits. I chose this place because its close to work aka convenience. It seems the issue with waiting has been long standing looking at the reviews from years ago. They are no better now with COVID. Just received a call from Christina in Babylon office 4 hours before my appointment today, says there is a past balance from almost 5 years ago for over $700, but willing to give a 30% discount: This is beyond unprofessional, reckless, and incompetence! I have never in my life not had insurance and clearly this is their mistake….They verify it before they can even give you an appointment and if your in the system this should have been discussed PRIOR to even making the appointment…….I was intimidated to pay so a scene was no... read more
They put my wife and I in collections for $11 after they billed my insurance twice for the same office visit and charged 2 co-pays. My wife reached out to our insurance to see why, and our insurance paid both claims but stated that I only am responsible for a single co-pay as it was single office visit in the same group for our insurance plan. We reached out to office and explained that and thought this was the end of it. Received a letter in the mail today that they put us in collections.
