we booked an appointment for a specific time for 2 family members. When we came to be seen the receptionist at the front desk, Dana in the Williamsburg office informed us that the 2 appointments are scheduled for 2 different days. We explained that this was a error on the Office staff part, she knew that but didn't take responsibility. We left w/o having both members see the doctor. Very unprofessional service.
