I was waiting at Englewood Hospital 15 minutes before my MRI on anti-anxiety medication prescribed by ENT & Allergy Associates when I was told that they never received the prescription from ENT of Hackensack or the pre-approval from insurance. Having scheduled MRI's before I knew that I could not schedule the MRI without it from the ENT.
