Love the doctor. Absolutely have no problems with her. She is very patient, listens to your needs and values her patients. The staff there has been accommodating when they can IN PERSON. Trying to get a hold of someone over the phone is almost always impossible. Even with leaving a voicemail (which they always direct you to) they never get back to your call. Great service from Armani and Brandy. We loved meeting Dr. Cotter she made us feel so good.
We just switched to this ENT and Love Them! They are very organized, efficient, and caring. Their audiologist is who we seen first today, she was very sweet and my daughter enjoyed playing the ball game with her. Afterwards, we were brought back to a room by a super sweet nurse that made my daughter’s day by complementing her dress. My daughter was seen by Dr. Cotter’s Nurse Practitioner and Dr. Cotter.
