Some of the front desk are not very friendly and on multiple occasions greeted me with an altitude, especially the nurses. I do not feel comfortable letting any of the nurses touch my child with any needles if they are already presenting with an attitude.I am very dissatisfied with this office for this reason. Side note: the providers are not the problem.
I've been waiting for an hour to see the PA. It frustrates me that drs. offices don't have an appreciation of others time and schedules.
I really, really like this practice. Beth Rossi has been very helpful as has Anne DiMarco, the allergy testing nurse. I like the staff at the front desk as well. Highly recommend.
