I have been seeing Dr Steirman for several years for allergies at the Cedar Park location. When I called to set an appointment today regarding a flare up, I was told Dr Steirman no longer sees patients for allergies so I would have to see her PA who only does in-person allergy appointments in Lakeway or virtual appointments. I told the girl on the phone that neither of those options would work for me. Terrible wait times for visits and they reschedule you often. I would avoid going here and look for another center that has more doctors or isn't as busy if you want good service in a timely manner

Dr. Briggs is great. FIVE stars. He takes the time to really listen. The results of my surgery have been outstanding. His assistants are great too. FIVE stars. Unfortunately, the practice seems to be struggling financially. For example, if you forget to ask a question during your appointment, even regarding a chronic issue about which you've spoken to the doctor many times, even within an hour after your appointment, you will need to make a new appointment.
