Dr. Briggs is great. FIVE stars. He takes the time to really listen. The results of my surgery have been outstanding. His assistants are great too. FIVE stars. Unfortunately, the practice seems to be struggling financially. For example, if you forget to ask a question during your appointment, even regarding a chronic issue about which you've spoken to the doctor many times, even within an hour after your appointment, you will need to make a new appointment. Having sudden onset of bilateral tinnitus. Took a month to get an appointment. Then for the follow up it was two months out and on the day of my follow up they canceled my appointment pushing it out another 2 months. Then states I can always call them to see if there is any cancelations. Clearly your well being is not a priority here.
They did not tell me they would be closed today. Very poor communication with their patients. If the roads are unsafe for staff, then it should be the same for patients. Apparently they only do allergy test on Tuesdays, and I haven’t taken any allergy meds because of that. Now I have to wait another week? The other allergist in Cedar Park is open today.
Dr Briggs is so very kind and knowledgeable. He comes into the room with a warm smile and hand shake. Dr Briggs takes the time to go over the findings and explains things in a way that is not difficult to understand. He gives the time to listen and answer any questions. I completely trust Dr Briggs and know that I am in good hands. His team is also very friendly and attentive. I am very happy that my PCP referred Dr Briggs to me.
