Is it really so hard to say hello? I have been here multiple times, and not once have I seen a friendly front desk. They are very dry and barely smile. Surprise about all those other reviews. Called to make an appointment, said good morning, and there was complete silence! I had to say hello to see if she was still there. She actually seemed annoyed. Wow! Go to the office and the same thing. Is not that hard to be friendly.
The physicians and staff are very knowledgeable and personable. They do not just push meds here, they treat their patients with the utmost care with health being the collective goal. Ask for Dr. Suchanova for your ENT needs.

Enjoyed the experience and felt very comfortable and educated.
While Dr. Suchanova herself was attentive and took time with me, the practice feels extremely money-minded and the billing was frustrating enough that I won’t return. My first visit cost $2,184, including a CT scan and ear wax removal. It also included a $600 charge for an endoscope.
