Doctor Chin was good. The billing department overcharged on 1st visit and now getting a refund seems to be an impossible task for them. Informed them on the overcharged on my 2nd visit and paid nothing that day. But they still owe me over $200 after 2nd visit and it's been over a month since then. I'm not going back with these billing practices. Sent billing department another online message last night (10/5/2026). I guess we'll see if I hear from them. I'm not counting on it.
I had a deeply frustrating experience leading up to a scheduled surgery with this ENT practice. I was the one who had to initiate contact to get clarity on the surgery, which was only a few days away — communication that should have come from their end well before that point. I ended up speaking to several different people who gave me conflicting, or at minimum unclear, information.
