Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. They made me wait for more than an hour.
I go yearly for follow ups after middle ear surgery. Best ENT care in Houston!
This group is fabulous. Dr. Mark Nichols is an outstanding, caring physician - and Meagan Young is a terrific audiologist. I feel do thankful to be in their care.
This was my first time visiting with Meagan Young. She is a very professional and pleasant person. She was very thorough with explaining/updating. She updated my hearing aids and thoroughly clean them. It had been almost a year since I had been to an ENT office. The office I was going to closed down early last year. Although the memorial city office is nowhere near my home, I will continue to be a patient there because of my interaction with Meagan Young.
