I hate medical practices (and all businesses, really) that are not respectful of my time. My primary care doc recommended this place for a routine ear cleaning. OK, fine. I arrive to a packed waiting room. Whee. 45 minutes after the time of my scheduled appt, I'm finally called back, where I wait some more. Doc says my problem is not that bad and does the cleaning (pretty much an hour and a half GONE at this point). He wants me to do a hearing test *sigh* "But a basic one is done during my physical - not sure I really need t... read more

I went to Lorena for hearing issues, she was amazing. Her bedside manner was great, empathetic and super nice. Her office was also flexible to my schedule as needed since I drove in from work which was in Downtown. The reception desk was also nice.
Terrible time management. 2nd visit I need to wait for 45min to an hour.
Waited over 50 minutes to see the Doctor on a Tuesday evening after 3pm. Maybe later appointments in the day take longer here?
