She was great to work with and explained the hearing test. She answered my questions and took plenty of time. I never felt rushed.
Poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Actually, it's more than just customer service. I visited this practice several times and was treated by Dr. Jak*bs. Upon my last visit, I advised that I believed I had an ear infection. My right ear was completely blocked with fluid. I advised her of that and that was the reason for my visit. She proceeded to just clean my ear, which she had just done several months prior. I advised that I wasn't there for an ear cleaning as my ear was completely blocked for about 3 days.
