Dr. Kartik Dandu and his team were very helpful to my issues, specially Annette. All procedures were explained in detail and all of my questions were addressed. Thank you All Jerry
Today was my first time going to ENT & Allergy - I did not have to wait long to get an appointment and when I arrived, the woman at the desk was very sweet and helpful as I had questions being my first time. I did not wait long and Dr.Shah was absolutely amazing. My nurse, and even the women checking me out at the end were very nice and helpful booking my next appointment! 10/10 would recommend.
My daughter and I just got back from our first appointment here and I have to say we were so pleased with the service we received. The parking lot had plenty of available spaces and it was very easy to find the office. When we entered the waiting room, we were greeted with a warm smile from the lady at the desk who helped us check in. She was so kind and pleasant. Stay away ! I made an appointment months in advance with Dr. Kelly Speich . They gave last appointment of the day on Friday which was 3.30 pm . I was trying to reach them to tell them I am delayed a little , when they called me at 3.36 pm . First Lady said that I can come . I also had finished all paper work online . Then another lady came on phone and said that I shouldn't come since I won't be seen . JUST GO TO A DIFFERENT OFFICE!!! The office staff is very unprofessional and unorganized but the doctor even worse First incident: They couldn't locate my paperwork for CT scan so they just told the Imaging clinic it didn't exist. I had to drive home get it my copy of the paperwork in order to get the CT scan. Second incident: I called at 8:am to get medical advice after experiencing side effects from a procedure I spoke with one of their condescending staff members whom assured me some one would call me back.
