Alexis and his team were excellent to work with. They took the complexity of an insurance quote for hail damage and walked us through the entire process. They were able to support a request to get additional insurance proceeds on our claim. At the end of the day, we got a new roof and a freshly painted house/detached garage. All of their team members were very professional, quick, and competent. We will use Ensure again and recommend them to anyone in our area.

I am a renter and had no communication from my landlord about the roof. I had texted Alex looking to figure out what was happening. He had amazing communication, very professional and even apologetic that my landlord hadn’t communicated with me. Job site was maintained by them and kept organized! I would recommend this company to everyone if you are looking for a company who is polite, friendly, and has great communication!!
